 We accept most credit/debit card payments. As well as paying online through our secure payment service you can also pay over the phone or in our florist shop.

Orders may be canceled or changed up to 24 hours before the intended delivery date unless otherwise specified by us. A cancellation fee will incur in all other cases.

A conformation email will be sent when you submit your order, this is to indicate that we have received your order. We will send a further email to indicate acceptance of your order and a contract between us once your payment has been processed.

We hope that your flowers reach you in perfect condition however if you are not happy please contact us using the information at the top of the page. Due to the perishable nature of our products you are advised to make any complaint within 1 working day of the delivery of your flowers. Refunds may occasionally be given at the discretion of the management and we will always try to reach an acceptable agreement.
